Making a bucket list seems like the thing to do lately.  I’ve always had a few things that I swore I’d do before I died, and now I have a name for it.  So here are a few things from my bucket list…10 to be exact:

1.  Hike the Great Wall in China.

2.  Visit Australia and New Zealand.  I’ll need a couple months off for this one.

3.  Visit all 50 states.

4.  Become a published author, whether self-published or traditional publishing.

5.  Get caught in a snow storm in a cabin in the mountains and be stuck there for a few days but have plenty of supplies to make it through.

6.  Visit Ireland and the Cliffs of Moher.

7.  Learn Italian.

8.  Go snorkeling in the Caribbean.

9.  Spend the night in a castle, preferably in Scotland.

10.  Swim with my nieces and nephews in the ocean.

What’s on your bucket list?

  • Amy_book

-go to South Africa and Swaziland for an extended visit
    -sky dive
-take an rv trip around the US
    -visit India
-visit England, Scotland, Germany and many other Western Europe locations
    -go back to the Philippines
-go to the airport without a ticket and pick a random destination

that’s all I can think of at the moment…but I think the list is probably actually endless

    love you!

    • I agree. I had a hard time narrowing it down! Love the last one, though. Hadn’t ever thought of that. How fun would that be?!

      Love you, too!!!

  • Your number 5 is really weird.

    Heres a sampling of mine:
    -Go to Ireland
-Visit major European WWII sites like Normandy and Auschwitz
    -Grand Canyon
    -Fly in a fighter jet
-Meet a US President(doesn’t matter which one)
    -Macchu Picchu
    -Meet Steve Martin

    • Haven’t you ever wanted a good excuse not to show up somewhere, but you can’t think of anything because you’re not sick and you’ll probably be doing something else? Being stuck in a cabin is the perfect excuse.

Grand Canyon is on my list, too. Macchu Picchu would be incredible and I would probably be completely moved by the WWII sites. No fighter jets for me, though. 🙂

      Good list!

I love #10! I would have that one on my list, too, only substitute grandchildren for nieces and nephews. #1 is also a great one, and I really like #5 for its specificity. #4 intrigues me, too, since I have this little children’s book I wrote some time back and fantasize about publishing some day.

    • You should totally go for #4. I’m sure it’s fantastic!
